Seapoint is a SAMBA real estate project to be developed in Cariló. It is located just 50 mts from the beach and is a set on an elevated lot surrounded by lush woods full of very high pines. This 41- unit building has been meticulously designed to integrate the natural environment.
Seapoint follows a racional style in its architectural design and is made of fine materials such as stone and wood.
This Samba's Project comprises six different buildings placed on the lot, each of them named after different seas of the world: “Adriático”, “Báltico”, “Mediterráneo”, “Tirreno”, “Jónico” and “Egeo”.
Each Seapoint unit comes fully equipped and furnished and has its own private parking and storage space.
Preliminary works on Seapoint lot started in December 2008 and completion of works is estimated for July 2010.
SAMBA is a real estate development company which among its investors have Barry Bergman, Matias Bullrich, and Nicolas Hancevic, a prominent developper from Rosario, Argentina.
